Our technicians research is focused on the study of thermodynamic solutions that allow at the same time to be able to increase the computing power of miners and to lower the cooling costs.
Other countries in the world offer advantageous economic conditions for mining, with lower energy costs. Taking advantage of the clean energy of hydroelectric it is possible to approach the conditions of these countries, but it would not be enough, the reduction of the cooling costs of our hardware allows to further bridge this economic gap and remain within our borders.
In the near future blockchain technologies will be the engine of the improvement of already existing services and it is unthinkable to entrust everything to foreign place or companies that would necessarily operate thousands of kilometers away.
Thanks to the study of the air and cooling oils fluid dynamics, we design and 3D PRINTING all the components of our systems, which are unique in their kind. This is the core of our Patent Pending cooling system. The targeted funnels design allows to optimize the flows by reducing the quantity of fluids needed to remove the same amount of heat and finally, once again, to lower the total consumption of the hardware.
Thanks to the control software designed by our devs, the servers automatically control the entire mining process inside the air/oil conditioned Boxes.
Hashrate, consumption and temperature are constantly monitored and controlled to obtain the best possible results in terms of energy costs and profitability. The boxes currently under development consist of a plant completely cooled with dielectric oil for any type of hardware, which provides better results in terms of safety, profitability and environmental impact.
Our cooling model was developed based on tanks for the hardware. The dielectric oil is pumped through our 3D printed funnels to remove the heat directly from the processors involved in the calculations.
The oil is constantly cooled through water / oil exchangers fed by the same river that also pushing the turbines providing us the clean energy. We have achieved improvements of up to 80% in terms of hardware cooling costs. We can say that overall the hardware consumes less with the same computing power. It is possible to do mining with the same hardware anywhere in the world, but only constant research and development can guarantee a sustainable future for this new Fintech sector.
The Bioshark system, the operational base of our thermodynamic studies, today cools up to 8 kw using 250 watts of energy. An identical air system would use around 1000 watts.
Our technicians also study so-called “classic” solutions, in order to be able to improve and provide assistance to the hardware that our customers allocate in housing. Interventions, advice, spare parts from a stocked warehouse guarantee a 360 ° service for those who are already miners and for those who want to become one.
