That’s why Biomine has revolutionized the concept of power distribution with a solution designed to maximize operational efficiency and simplify management.

Since 2019, we have experimented and developed cutting-edge solutions, creating proprietary PDUs (Power Distribution Units). From the first version based on retail devices to our current industrial version, each step has brought significant improvements. The result? The BioPDU 625×12: an ultracompact Smart Industrial PDU with integrated network distribution.

This is how the BioPDU 625×12 was born, an ultracompact Smart Industrial PDU with integrated network distribution, ideal for large-scale deployment of mining operations.

Main features of the BioPDU 625×12:

  • Based on the popular open-source firmware Tasmota.
  • Electrical Inputs: 2 x 32A three-phase or 1 x 63A three-phase.
  • Protected Outputs: 6 circuit breakers at 25A and 6 relays managed remotely for PDU.
  • Socket Connectivity: 6 C19 sockets (also available in 6 x 2 C13 socket configuration).
  • Modular Configuration: 6 PDUs per rack (for a total of 36 ASICs per rack), stackable racks for massive vertical deployment.
  • Integrated Network: embedded 10/100 Ethernet distribution for ASICs, with WIFI and Ethernet connectivity for the PDU.
  • Technology Platform: based on ESP32, with integrated OLED display for local monitoring.
  • Software and Automation: native integration with BioCCC®, automation rules, timers, native support for Berry scripting language.
  • Possible Smart Integrations: compatible with MQTT, Web API, Alexa, AWS IoT, Domoticz, Home Assistance, Homebridge, Homey, HomeSeer, KNX, openHAB, Otto, IOBroker, Mozilla WebThings, SmartThings and other solutions.
  • Sensors: wide integration of natively supported I2C sensors (temperature, humidity, etc.).
  • TensorFlow Lite for developing Machine Learning applications.
